A club-hosted, long-term service project that benefits low-income students of Pacheco Elementary. Club members make personalized book tote bags for students. Each student also has a book read to them by a Circle K member, and then the books and book bags are donated to the students. |

Containing 61 clubs with over 2,000 members, CNH is the largest district of the largest collegiate community service organization in the world. Its boundaries are as its name states, within California, Nevada, and Hawai'i. |

Crazy Kompetition for Infants North |

An annual district event that raises money for PTP through a series of fun, competitive mini-games and relays. The North event occurs for all the schools in the northern half of our district. |

The District Administrator assists in dealings of the CNH District in events and administrative work. The CNH District Administrator is Armando Velazquez. |

An annual district event that consists of the elections of our new District Board officers, a wide array of educational and fun workshops for new and returning members, an awards night that celebrates all of our amazing accomplishments, a jam-packed Saturday night of talent, and more! |
District Fundraising Initiative |

Causes that the CNH District support through fundraising! The DFIs for the 2019-2020 term are Pediatric Trauma Program, Kiwanis Family House, and The Trevor Project. |
District Governor |

The District Governor serves as the head of the District Board and deals with administrative work as well as working with the board to appoint the district chairs. The 2019-2020 District Governor is Wayne Cheng from SFSU. |
District Large Scale Service Project |

An annual district event dedicated to focusing our efforts as a District to make the most positive impact in our communities. Whether it be renovating elementary schools, or refurbishing mobile homes, DLSSP was specifically created to provide an opportunity to serve those who need our support the most. |
District Professional Development Conference |

An annual district event that teaches Circle K'ers how to speak to highly experienced professionals, gain life skills necessary to secure our dream jobs, and manage our everyday lives. |

Every year, the CNH District Board decides on a new and unique service initiative in order to focus our service efforts to bring light to prevalent issues in our society. The 2019-2020 DSI is Edcuation. |

A division is comprised of multiple clubs in a geographic area. Our club is in the Central Coast Division. |
Division Service Project |
DSP |
DSPs occur a few times throughout the year when all clubs in our division come together and work on a dedicated service project for a day. It differs from an interclub in that the divisional leadership team planned the event as opposed to the clubs. |

Fall Training Conference |

An annual district event where members of CNH experience and be exposed to what Circle K is really about and gain so much knowledge from attending some of the amazing workshops hosted by members across the district. In addition, you will see and enjoy creative talent acts, campfire skits and more! |
Interclub |

An event where two or more Circle K clubs or other clubs from the Kiwanis family come together, whether it be a service project, fellowship event, or club meeting. Interclubs help create and strengthen bonds between these two or more clubs. |
Key to College |

A club-hosted event geared for local high schoolers to visit Cal Poly, attend various college workshops, take a tour of the campus, and meet with Circle K members such as yourselves to help guide them along the process of becoming college students! |

Circle K International is just one part of the Kiwanis family of service organizations. Kiwanis International, Key Club International, Builders Club, Kiwanis Kids, and Aktion Club also are branches of our family. Adult and youth members form one of the largest and most effective service organizations in the world. |
Kiwanis Family House |

KFH seeks to provide housing for families of ill or injured children staying at the UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, CA. Funds raised for this cause help provide additional resources and improve the stay for these families so that they may be there to support their children. |
Lieutenant Governor |

A Lieutenant Governor is responsible for servicing the needs of the clubs in their division by visiting, counseling, assisting, getting clubs involved in district and division projects, and evaluating club progress. The lieutenant governor is the club’s primary liaison to the district. The 2019-2020 Central Coast Lieutenant Governor is Ashley Kil from Moorpark College. |

Our Secretary is in charge of this most important document that contains all events this past year (since March 1st) and has record of who attended. The MRS is how we calculate MRP and your service hours. |

The MR Chair recognizes members for their accomplishments on a monthly and annual basis. |

Every year, the CNH District recognizes those who’ve exemplified themselves in our three tenets, service, leadership, and fellowship, through the MRP. |

MD&E |
The MD&E Chair makes the club closer through the implementation of the big/little system. They are also in charge of educating members throughout the year about Circle K and planning member installations. |

An MRF is a report sent by the Secretary to the district. It allows the district to see how the club is doing so they can provide support and resources and let the International Board know how the district is doing as a whole. |
Pediatric Trauma Program |
PTP |
PTP hopes to raise funds in order to promote community outreach, assist partner hospital, and to provide advanced medical training for doctors. The funds raised will go towards the end goal of preventing unintentional injury and death and to provide safety items for children around the world. |
Regional Advisor |
RA |
The regional advisor is responsible for the managing and helping the clubs within the division in their events and administrative work. The Central Coast Regional Advisor is Patrick Ballecer. |
Service Leadership Program |

Kiwanis International sponsors 5 SLPs: Circle K, Key Club, Aktion Club, Builders Club, and K-Kids. Each have their own unique identity yet work toward similar common goals. |
Service Marathon |

A club-hosted, service-focused event hosted every quarter to increase our overall effect in our community, to create and strengthen fellowship bonds within our club, and to raise awareness of our club in the community. Service Marathon usually lasts for 12 or more hours, and yes it really does feel like a marathon, but it is so worth it. |

The first district event of the new Circle K year, STC is a way for both new and old officers to get the training they need to be successful throughout the year. The North event occurs for all the schools in the northern half of our district. |

An hour on Thursdays from 11am-noon where the majority of students don't have class. We take advantage of this hour throughout the year for tabling and more! |
